2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Bluehost, a Newfold Digital brand. When the website is accessed, the hosting infrastructure may process technical log data such as the IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, referrer URL, browser and operating-system information, user agent, transfer volume and access status.
Processing is necessary to deliver the website, maintain reliable and secure operation, diagnose errors and prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, stable and efficient provision of this website. Log data are deleted or anonymised when they are no longer required for these purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed to investigate a security incident.

If you contact Cordsen Consulting by email, the information you provide is processed to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures; otherwise it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in handling professional enquiries. The data are deleted when the enquiry has been concluded and no legal retention obligations or overriding legitimate interests require continued storage.
4. Cookies, analytics and external media
This website does not use analytics, marketing tracking, embedded social media, externally hosted fonts or a contact form. It does not set optional cookies. If these features are introduced later, this privacy policy will be updated before they are activated.
5. Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority in Hesse is the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
6. Security and changes
The website is intended to be delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection. This policy may be updated when legal requirements, the hosting setup or website functions change.
